By accessing and using DozenSnap, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

DozenSnap is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing digital event photo booth experiences, custom templates, media uploads, and gallery management tools.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

You are solely responsible for the content, including photos and customized templates, generated during your events. You must ensure you have the necessary permissions and consent from guests whose photos are taken and stored on the platform.

• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not upload, share, or promote any explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content through our platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on your subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data Deletion and Modification

Destructive dashboard actions, such as deleting photos, templates, or archiving events, are permanent. This may remove public access to related media immediately. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DozenSnap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
